EDUCATION AND CULTURE

Education Policies:

Education stands not only as a pillar of individual development but also as a core component of strategic development, placing it at the heart of Turkey’s long-term vision. ASAD advocates for the restructuring of education policies based on digitalization, artificial intelligence, STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) disciplines, and effective vocational guidance to enhance Turkey’s competitiveness in the global knowledge economy. In this context, ASAD proposes multilayered programs aimed at strengthening equal opportunities in education, minimizing regional disparities, and systematically improving teacher quality — all with the goal of fostering the integrated development of human capital through technology.

Social Policies:

The domain of social policy is being redefined to ensure Turkey’s social cohesion and institutional resilience on a sustainable basis. ASAD focuses on next-generation policy models that enhance the efficiency of social assistance, diversify employment capacity, and integrate vulnerable groups into inclusive systems. The economic empowerment of women, the strengthening of children's rights, and the support of family structures in alignment with modern sociological realities form the central pillars of these policies. Driven by the belief that long-term social stability can only be achieved through fair income distribution and sustainable social security systems, ASAD develops data-driven reform proposals.

Societal Resilience:

Turkey’s geophysical structure entails multidimensional disaster risks. Therefore, disaster management must be approached with integrated strategies that cover not only the moment of crisis but also pre- and post-disaster phases. ASAD offers a wide range of technical and administrative solutions—from resilient urban planning and optimized early warning systems to post-disaster recovery processes and increased public awareness. Adopting a holistic approach, ASAD aims to strengthen institutional responsiveness to disasters through enhanced public-private sector coordination, technology-supported decision-making systems, and improved local government capacities.
