Terrorism:
Terrorism is one of the greatest threats to global security and directly impacts the national security policies of states. Türkiye combats terrorist organizations both within its borders and on regional and international levels. In this context, strategic steps are being taken such as preventing the financing of terrorism, strengthening intelligence cooperation, and enhancing security measures through technological means. Additionally, social policies are being developed to prevent radicalization and promote social cohesion.

Aviation and Defense Industry:
In recent years, Türkiye has made significant advancements in the defense industry, focusing on increasing domestic and national production. Türkiye has achieved major progress in areas such as aviation, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs and armed UAVs), missile systems, and electronic warfare technologies, becoming a prominent actor in the international defense market. Increasing the domestic production rate, ensuring independence in military technologies, and boosting export capacity are among its primary goals.

Nuclear Security:
As the peaceful use of nuclear energy increases worldwide, nuclear security has become one of the most critical issues. While Türkiye invests in nuclear energy to ensure energy supply security, it also places great importance on the safety of nuclear facilities, control of radioactive materials, and compliance with international security standards. Contributing to the international nuclear security regime and developing policies to minimize risks in this field are among Türkiye’s strategic priorities.
